Biography
Dr. Apoorva M. S. is an acclaimed Ayurveda researcher and clinician, renowned for her expertise in Panchakarma and integrative Ayurveda therapeutics. She earned her BAMS from Government Ayurveda College, Mysuru, and completed her MD (Ayurveda) in Panchakarma from JSS Ayurveda Medical College, Mysuru. Certified as an Ayurveda Type 2 Diabetes Reversal Expert (Madhav Baug, 2025) and Nadi Pariksha Vaidya (Nadi Gurukula), she has received several prestigious honours, including the ISTRA 2024 International Best Researcher Award, the ISSN International Research Star Award, and the Best Outgoing Postgraduate (2020–21) award. Dr. Apoorva has presented award-winning papers at multiple national and international seminars, focusing on neurological and metabolic disorders. She has published six research articles in esteemed peer-reviewed, indexed international journals, contributing significantly to evidence-based Ayurveda practice and the global understanding of Panchakarma’s therapeutic mechanisms.
